Crown&Roots aims to present an array of experiences that connect people with art, food, skills, communities, and spaces in ways that provoke and nourish.

Working against the current fad of "snout to tail" cuisine, Crown&Roots embraces a "wholistic" philosophy inspired by the gorgeous edibility of plants from their crowns to their roots and the pleasures of life from art (our crown) to preparing and enjoying meals (our roots).
